Charlaine Martin profoundly desires to help women find their value in God’s eyes. Her passion is to see women become healthier and fit as good stewards of their bodies. As she speaks to your audience, they will begin to find blessings in the daily adventures God has for each one.

Charlaine is an author, freelance writer, blogger, and owner of Be Totally Fit for Life! Christian Health, Fitness, and Wellness. Her experience as a former pastor’s wife and Christian Education Director, plus her involvement as a health and fitness professional for 25 years, fuels her writing and speaking. She is a graduate of Malone University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and an emphasis in Christian Ministry and Exercise Science.

You will likely find her riding her bike or flying with her Boaz, her Second Blessing. She also loves gardening, sewing, and spending time with her family. She and her husband live Central Florida.
